    I had an very nice time during my 2-night stay! The spacious beautiful room offered amazing views. Plus, being just a stone's throw away from great attractions like the aqua park and Universal Studios made our family getaway even more exciting!

    Clean place with accommodating staff and pleasant view of the Far Far Away castle. Delicious breakfast, lots of options available. Marvellous and fantastic location, within short walking distance of everywhere. Based in a fairly quiet area. Wonderful and luxury hotel, 30 km from Changi airport.

    We loved the proximity to attractions like Universal Studios and the water park. The spacious Beautiful Double Room was a hit with our three teenagers, and the on-site amenities like the ice dispensers helped keep our drinks cool in the hot weather.

    In my wife's opinion, breakfast options could be expanded for families with kids.

    Room was spacious

    The bathroom could have been better designed. For a 5-star hotel, I was totally disappointed with a shower curtain for the stall. Directional signage to the hotel were horrible. Nobody knew where to go. All our taxi drivers got lost.

    Family getaway, expect some bumps

    So, my family and I booked a nice lil' getaway for two nights, and while we had a few snags, it wasn't a total disaster. Like, checking in took a while but the staff eventually got us a nice room after some back and forth, and I told my kid to grab a snack while we waited, smart move, right?

    It wasn't cheap by any means, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

    Convenient to Universal Studios Singapore

    Dont expect a vibrant atmosphere like Hard Rock Cafe's. Public areas are bland and boring. Live music only at weekend. What music they do play is not sync'd with what they have showing on video - which kind of defeats the objectives....(Why show the videos?) Rooms with adjoining doors very noisy from next door occupants (who return to rooms noisily from the casino at all hours.....) Rooms look marked and tired after only one year since opening. (Bad choice of building materials for rooms.) Over elaborate phone system kept calling us with "ghost calls", every 5 minutes from midnight one night......had to unplug two phones.

    Staff were pleasant and checked us in to our room early when we arrived. the location was great and there was plenty to do near the hotel and just a short ride to the city via MRT.

    Overpriced I think. The room was clean and comfortable but the furnishings were scuffed and in need of updating. And I had booked the deluxe room! The hallways were dark and dingy and our room had a dreadful view at the back of the hotel so if you stay here make sure you're overlooking the poolside of the hotel.

    Why I'm torn on this

    The location was fantastic and a short walk to attractions like Universal Studios. The spacious Beautiful Double Room provided thoughtful amenities.

    There was a slight issue with cleanliness, as a few insects were present , which detracted from my experience even if the staff were generally pleasant.

    The fact it was a one stop shop ....

    The recapation and the 2 hour wait at check in >>>> the staff do not have the capability to manage 2500 room hotel .... Nothing like vegas !

    Best thing about the hotel is its cleanness and comfort of the bed. Its convenience to reach other places within the resort,

    the shower curtain doesn't keep the water in. When stepping out of the shower, there is usually water splashed from the shower everywhere on the floor.
